My preschooler just completed the yoga series with Ms Aditi and in his words ‘I love doing Yoga with Ms Aditi’. As parents, we couldn’t be more pleased and happy to see him grow his interest in yoga. He also teaches us including his little sister poses after his class is done.
What we have appreciated in these weekly classes is the prompt reminders, the creative ways of keeping the children interested with weekly coloring sheets and the much awaited reading sessions at the end of every class. Rishi looked forward to it every week.
Ms Aditi is patient and engages each student with their specific style and energy. Despite these classes being online – she put in so much effort to keep children as young as my three year old focused and intrigued in the sessions.
