As a mother and a volunteer at my daughter’s elementary school, I have seen many young children getting stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, limiting their ability to realize their fullest potential. My personal practice of yoga had a significant impact on reducing stress and anxiety which made me decide that I wanted to dedicate the next chapter of my life to help young children through the introduction of yoga and meditation in their formative years.
In 2017, I decided to start my journey as a yoga teacher. I was privileged to undergo a 200-hour yoga teacher training under the guidance of Jean Massimo at Village Green Yoga, Issaquah.
During the 2017-18 academic year, I got an opportunity to teach at Snoqualmie Elementary school and received great feedback from children, parents, and teachers. This inspired me to start teaching at more schools. Last year I taught over 550+ hours of classes at schools and workshops from my home studio for kids 3-5 years (preschoolers), 5-7 years old and 8-16 years old.
Apart from teaching at my home studio and virtual classes during COVID, I’m also taking classes at

Online yoga classes
Kinder Cabin, Sammamish
Glory Days Preschool, Sammamish
I would like to share my knowledge and provide kids with practical tools to help every child reach their fullest potential in spirit, mind, and body.
